The base rental rate is the entrée. These are the sides — nine revenue streams that stack on top of a venue property, most of them using inventory or dates you already have.

The stacking rule. None of these replace getting the core rental right — a property that books reliably at a fair price. Add streams one at a time, confirm each one operates itself (or pays for the labor it takes), and stop adding when the management overhead starts costing more than the margin.
